It was easy to keep my word.
Shorty wanted me to take her to Famous Dave's for her Birthday.
I was willing to bring this little girl's dream come true.
The kids know the deal...giant Root beer floats.
Five different Bar-B-Que sauces.(Devil's spit is the Best)
This is what Shorty wanted, trash can lid of slow cooked flesh.Shorty's favorite is the corn and Ribs. I'm a little easier, I like it all.
Yup, hurry up with the picture, it's time to do some work.
Better than the family Dog? That's some big words, Dave.

All prepared for the 3 hr. train ride. I wanted to see more of Japan.Well, last of Japan for this Trip. Plus, the train I rode starts in the town I stayed
in (Kurihama) and ends at Narita Airport.
Construction of the Temple began in 1929 by the Soto(Zen) Buddhist sect. The outline of the statue was complete by 1934 but work was suspended at the outbreak of the Pacific War. The Ofuna Kannon Society continued construction work in 1954 and the Temple was finally completed in 1960. The statue construction is that of sections of poured concrete and was performed entirely by hand. No concrete pump trucks were used. The surface of the statue is oft painted white. The statue itself contains a small museum and shrine and both are open for viewing. The Kannon incorporates stones from ground zero of Hiroshima and Nagasaki to commemorate those who died in the explosions of the atomic bombs. A fire originating from the atomic fires of Hiroshima burns in a mushroom-formed statue.
From Wikipedia.
Rice fields up near Narita Japan.
Carp for children's day.
The only way to fly. Flu free...maybe.
